What is your return policy for large outdoor appliances?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of heavy equipment, return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Are the grills compatible with both Natural Gas and Liquid Propane?
Most of our models are designed specifically for one fuel type, but we offer conversion kits for select series. Please check the product specifications before purchasing or contact our support team.
