Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the grill or accessory for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
